—A major automobile manufacturer had a problem with a vehicle getting stuck
in park. They brought in the shift mechanism and we designed a failsafe clip
to eliminate their nightmare. We wirecut, formed, and spring temper hardened
the samples, then tooled up and ran production quantities for the recall.

—A research lab's prototype generator blew apart at the pole tips and
investors were losing interest. We co-designed a stronger core, laser cut
the laminations, riveted the stacks, and machined a custom shape to get them
up and running again.

—An international power tool manufacturer had to redesign an
overheating drive motor. They were thrilled with the high quality stacks of
motor laminations made from our hydroblank tooling and were able to ramp up
production with our parts while their high volume carbide dies were being
made.
