Stacks won't wind?
We make accurate stacks with smooth, clean edges to eliminate production problems. Hydroblanked laminations make the highest quality stacks.
(We also make cores from laser cut, customer supplied, or high-volume
progressive die laminations.)

Wingard and Company has the turnkey solution for motor, transformer and generator manufacturers. We not only supply the laminations but the full motor core or lamination stack assembly. Our capabilities include adhesive bonding, lazer welding, seam welding as well as riveting or staking of the lam stack. As an additional service, we can provide coil and motor winding as well as testing.
